I loved the inviting décor and thoughtful layout of the Residence Inn By Marriott Florence, which made it easy for seniors like myself to navigate the common areas comfortably. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating.

I really liked this place. The staff was super friendly, especially that young man at breakfast, Paul. He made my family's mornings enjoyable with his jokes and friendly service.

The cancellation process went smoothly, and I appreciated the effort to return forgotten items.
